We offer our support worldwide via remote maintenance. This in German and English language.
We offer on-site support if it is necessary. At least two competent colleagues, optimally prepared for the respective task, will find a solution worldwide.
Depending on your booked service contract we are at your disposal. We offer our service in the categories SILVER, GOLD and BLACK.
Our response time can be reduced by the PLUS+ option if desired.
