In the automation pyramid, the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is located directly below the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. MES is thus the manufacturing management system as the link to the process control level (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition/SCADA).

Independent of manufacturer

Our MES solution is fundamentally open and can connect to almost any higher-level system through individual gateways. The data structure is based on the design of the Association of German Engineers VDI 5600 page 3.

Web service

We normalize the data during the exchange via a SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) interface. These interfaces can be optimally described and integrated using the Web Services Description Language (WSDL).

Transfer tables

Transfer tables to other database systems can also be implemented. The transfer table can be provided in our Microsoft SQLServer or we connect to other databases such as IBM Db2, Oracle Database, Oracle MySQL, MariaDB.
